Last month, Boeing made a half-hearted attempt to create a tentative agreement of 30% pay raise. The Union had rejected it, claiming most members felt it was not enough. [1]

Boeing has cut health care coverage for 33,000 of its workers and their families, this move has been harshly criticized for being nothing more than intimidation. [2]

However, the Union and Boeing have come to the negotiating table to make a tentative agreement.
